We only charge when your employees are working and making money for you. For just 30 or 50 cents per shift, you will have accurate time keeping and location tracking that will save your company many hours each month. Timesheet Mobile pays for itself. We do have volume discounts for companies doing greater than 3,000 calls per month. |

Will my employees know I can get location data? |

Yes. Our privacy policy is that each employee must approve location services. Each employee will need to call our system to authorize Timesheet Mobile location services. This is done only one time prior to using Timesheet Mobile. |

Can employees turn off or manipulate
their location on their phones? |

No. Unlike other location applications that run on the phone, Timesheet Mobile utilizes the carrier's secure network (cell towers) to identify the location of the employee's phone. |

Any land line or mobile phone can be used to capture log in and log out data. (timestamp, employee number, job number, mileage). Any mobile phone from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or Verizon can be used to capture location information in addition to (timestamp, employee number, job number, mileage). |

Yes. From the Timesheet Page, create an .iif file for the work period. The .iif file is easily uploaded to Quickbooks. This saves many hours of manual entry and prevents mistakes. |
